Responsibilities:
Maintaining a Positive work environment
Managing other technicians
Training technicians and concierge team members
Following and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures
Making work schedules
Attending meetings
Reviewing staff time sheets
Troubleshooting repairs
Inventory and ordering
Hiring of employees
Staff evaluations
Confidently training new hires in all aspects of patient care including anesthetic monitoring
Splitting the week between admin time and time on the floor as a technician
Qualifications:
3 or more years of direct patient care experience; CVT / LVT / RVT preferred
2 or more years of leadership experience
Team player and willingness to cross train in all areas of a general practice
Self-driven accountability for learning
Positive attitude
Conflict resolution skills
Self-starter
Weekend availability
