Petsadena Animal Hospital is seeking a skilled, confident, full-time Client Care Specialist for our companion animal practice located in Pasadena, CA. Our hospital focuses on the special relationship created by the pets and their owners. We have monthly team meetings and encourage communication and collaboration between our team members. We also encourage growth and development for our team.
Candidates need to have at least 2 years of customer service experience and veterinary reception experience is preferred.

As Client Care Specialist, you are a focal point in greeting and communicating with pet owners about wellness care, scheduling appointments and educating clients about the best care available for their pets. You are also responsible for triaging & following up with client phone calls and our other platforms of communication in order to provide the best care possible for each client and patient.

Ability to convert phone shoppers into scheduled appointments
