Are you a dedicated and energetic professional with a passion for customer service and small animal medicine? Animal Clinic & Hospital is seeking a full-time team member to become an integral part of our dynamic multi-doctor practice.
Position: Customer Care Specialist/Customer Service Representative
Schedule: Full-time, four days a week, with rotating Saturdays (1-2 per month). No on-call or emergency after-hours duties.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and telephone support
Process payments efficiently using veterinary software
Manage medical records, emails, and client communications
Demonstrate problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
Collaborate effectively with the team
Maintain cleanliness of work areas
Coordinate with the medical team to ensure positive client experiences
Educate clients on veterinary standards of care and preventive wellness recommendations
Willingness to be cross-trained for basic veterinary assisting skills when needed
Requirements:
Veterinary and/or customer service experience preferred but not required
