We’re looking for a Veterinary Client Care & Social Media Specialist to be the welcoming face of our clinic while also managing our social media presence. What You’ll Do
Client Engagement: Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, schedule appointments, and manage phone calls and emails.
Social Media Management: Create engaging posts, share success stories, and respond to comments across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business to highlight our clinic’s care and culture.
Administrative Support: Maintain accurate patient records, handle financial transactions, and keep the reception area clean and inviting.
️Community Ambassador: Promote our services, build relationships with clients, and foster a sense of community online and in person.
What We’re Looking For
✅Experience: Previous veterinary customer service experience preferred.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using social media platforms and scheduling software.
❤️Compassionate Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a passion for animals.
Self-Starter: Creative, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Team Player: Collaborative and reliable, with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
