Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Greeting all clients promptly & warmly with a smile
Work as a team, treating clients, patients and colleagues with respect and kindness
Accurately recording medical records, medications & logs
Answering phones and making follow-up calls & appointment reminder calls
Scheduling appointments
Invoicing clients & processing payments
Maintaining a clean & efficient workplace
Qualifications:
Experience is not required, but enthusiasm is!
High school diploma or GED
Excellent reading, writing & communications skills
Basic computer skills
Strong organizational skills
Time management skills
