Seeking a motivated employee who loves to work with animals and people and who will provide high quality care to our patients. Position involves doing both veterinary technician/ assistant and receptionist tasks. This position is part-time to full time depending on availability.
Must be professional, compassionate and have excellent attention to detail. Must be able to type, knowing Cornerstone software is a plus but if unfamiliar will be taught on the job while training.
Must be able to work in a pharmacy and perform laboratory testing as well as prepare items to go out to the lab. Must be able to multitask. List of skills required: Must be able to type Must be OK with taking X-rays Must be able to lift heavy animals when needed. Must be able to work evening hours and Saturdays, some days may involve long hours.
