Role Description:
PetVet365 is seeking a compassionate and skilled Veterinary Technician or Assistant to join our dynamic team at our Anderson Township, OH location. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will play a critical role in the care and well-being of our patients. You will assist in advanced veterinary procedures, educate clients on pet care, and deliver exceptional animal care alongside our talented veterinary team. Qualifications:
A passion for continuous learning, adapting to new technologies and best practices in veterinary medicine.
A team player with strong collaboration skills who can seamlessly work with their teammates.
Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and commitment to being a supportive and positive presence within the team.
Excellent communication skills for client education and team collaboration.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail.
Previous veterinary experience is preferred, with familiarity in clinical settings and patient care, but not required.
Fear Free Certification is required, and we provide this training to all new team members upon hire – we’re proud to create a calm, positive experience for both pets and staff!
Ability to lift 40+ pounds – think of it as a little daily strength training with our adorable patients.
Ability to stand for 8+ hours – there’s always something exciting happening, and you’ll be right in the middle of the action!
High school diploma or equivalent
