We are hiring an experienced Veterinary Assistant/Technician for our integrative veterinary practice. CVT/RVT desired but not required. We are looking to add to our support team. Healing Touch offers both traditional veterinary medicine and holistic options. We have a friendly, knowledgeable and passionate support team as well as upscale and responsible clientele. We are looking for someone to help us with:
Assisting Doctors and senior techs with treatments
Knowledge of Cornerstone software is helpful
Preparing estimates, Holding pets, speaking with owners
Helping prepare medications to go home
Prep for surgery, autoclave surgical packs & instruments
We would prefer to have someone that is proficient in drawing blood & setting catheters, but it isn’t a requirement.
Our clinic is a newer facility with a new x-ray machine, surgical suite, dental x-ray, and ultrasound. We are a full service standard veterinary clinic that incorporates ozone therapy, homeopathy, herbs, and energetic medicine as well as routine surgery, x-ray, dentistry (anesthetic & non anesthetic) vaccinations, and wellness care for our patients.
Experience is a must. Pay will be based on experience, knowledge and licensing (if applicable).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.50 – $25.00 per hour
