Veterinary Assistant/Technician Jobs in Fair Oaks Ranch, TX at Fair Oaks Ranch Veterinary Clinic
Responsibilities:
– Assist veterinarians with examinations, surgeries, and other medical procedures
– Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed by the veterinarian
– Perform laboratory tests and analyze samples
– Take and develop X-rays
– Monitor and record vital signs of animals
– Provide nursing care to hospitalized animals
– Educate pet owners on proper animal care and nutrition
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the veterinary clinic
Note: Experience in animal handling is a plus but not required for this position. On the job training will be offered to the right candidates.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
