Who We’re Looking For
We are currently looking to hire a Veterinary Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate would be a dependable, detail-oriented team player who loves pets and being part of a fun, supportive team. They will have experience rooming patients, surgical assisting experience and knowledge of equipment used, drawing blood and running bloodwork, knowledge of x-rays and proper positioning, experience with proper animal handling and restraint, understanding the importance of client education, and being a positive and motivating team member.

The hourly pay band for this position is $18.00 – $21.00, this varies depending on experience, certifications, and location.
Requirements
1+ years of veterinary experience in a clinical setting (preferred)
Knowledge of industry tools and equipment
Passion for working with animals and their owners
Experience with proper animal handling and restraint
Understands the importance of excellent communication and organizational skills
