Full time and Part-Time position employment: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
Good Neighbor Vet is a wellness clinic that offers affordable preventative veterinary services to pets. In November 2020, we launched Good NeighborVet+, a stationary daily clinic to provide the same preventive wellness care plus additional diagnostic services. We are looking to add team members with a passion for helping pets to our growing wellness center. Qualified applicants will have experience with pets in a professional setting, able to work every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and be a dynamic team player.
Ideal candidates will have the following skills:
– Friendly and outgoing personality
– Ability to represent the company and brand enthusiastically and professionally
– Ability to multi-task (handle multiple pet owners asking questions at the same time)
– Responsible and trustworthy
– Attentive to detail
– Work well under time constraints (able to manage flow of clinic)
– Good verbal and written communication
– Legible penmanship
– Strong computational skills
– Work well with cats and dogs
– Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
As a team member you will be responsible for patient triage, prepping pets for services, aiding our veterinarians with additional pet care, medical documentation, and money management. You must be comfortable around both cats, dogs, and pet parents.
