Kennel Tech
A successful candidate will be someone who loves dogs, has a strong work ethic, has previous kennel experience, enjoys a fun work environment.
Reports to the General Manager.
Compensation is $16-18, based on level of experience.
Employee Responsibilities
Walk the dogs each (morning and evening shift)
Clean and sanitize all the kennels to company standards
Feed all the dogs their meals as indicated
Clean all towels, dog beds, blankets with onsite washer and dryer
Clean dog bowls, knives cutting board and dishes daily
For boarded dogs bath as needed
Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Required:
Vet Tech/Kennel Tech experience 1+ years
Advanced knowledge of cleaning techniques related to animal hygiene
Love dogs & comfortable round working line/aggressive dogs
Friendly and dependable personality
Reliable transportation
Excellent communication
Great customer service
Preferred:
Knowledge of Grooming/Training
Retail experience
Someone who is looking for the long term employment
Part-time employment that grow into full time employment
This opportunity is a 1099 employment
