Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage multiple phone lines, directing calls and providing information to clients
Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and their pets
Greet clients and their pets in a warm and professional manner
Process payments and perform daily reconciliation of all transactions
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support veterinary team
Ensure smooth client check-in and check-out experiences
Respond to client inquiries in person and over the phone with accurate information
Handle client concerns with empathy and professionalism
Qualifications:
Previous veterinary experience is preferred but not required
Knowledge of Ezyvet software is a plus
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding patient care
Compensation: Based on experience
Schedule: Flexible hours, part-time or full-time available
