Hiring Range:$21.57 – $26.96 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with program curriculum.
Monitor student attendance, address absences, and submit weekly reports.
Track student progress, provide support, and maintain an 80% student success rate.
Evaluate student performance, provide feedback, and submit grades promptly.
Organize guest speakers, field trips, and hands-on learning experiences.
Conduct lectures, demonstrations, and one-on-one student guidance.
Assist with program development, externship coordination, and supply inventory as needed.
Ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
Participate in community outreach initiatives (optional).
Qualifications:
Associate degree from an AVMA CVTEA-accredited program.
3+ years of hands-on veterinary experience.
Current license/certification (LVT, or equivalent as required by state regulations).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
