The Role

We are looking for a Rockstar Receptionist to join our growing team at our flagship brand new animal hospital in Miami, Florida!

Our receptionists play a critical role in helping our medical team deliver exceptional care. Your compassion and positive energy shine through as you greet customers and your attention to detail helps you support clinic operations. You are efficient, organized, collaborative and an excellent communicator.

Your Responsibilities

● Greet pet parents, handle inbound phone calls and take ownership of addressing customer requests

● Manage all administrative work, including: scheduling of appointments, tracking/ordering of inventory, and taking/recording of payments

● Liaise with our partners (including suppliers, laboratory services, technology providers) to support seamless day-to-day operations of the clinic

● Assist with other tasks relating to clinic operations, as needed

● Proven ability to multitask, stay organized and work well in a fast paced environment

Pay: $16.00 – $25.00 per hour
