Duties:
– Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and professional manner
– Schedule appointments and manage the veterinary clinic’s calendar
– Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently
– Assist in maintaining patient records and filing paperwork
– Handle payments and billing for services rendered
– Coordinate communication between clients, veterinarians, and staff
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Requirements:
– Previous experience in animal care or veterinary settings is preferred
– Knowledge of animal anatomy, pet care, and handling techniques
– Familiarity with medical collection processes and aseptic techniques
– Ability to handle dogs safely and confidently
– Strong communication skills and attention to detail
– Proficiency in computer systems for scheduling and record keeping
– Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
