Position Overview
We are looking for a Veterinary Assistant with at least 1 year of experience who is proficient in animal restraint and blood draws. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Safely and effectively restrain animals for examinations, procedures, and treatments
Perform blood draws with precision and efficiency
Assist veterinarians and technicians with diagnostics, treatments, and procedures
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure proper documentation
Provide compassionate support to patients and clear communication to clients
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with hospital protocols
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Veterinary Assistant
