Cat Care Clinic of Naples — Exclusively Feline. A Center of Excellence. — is seeking an experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our tight-knit team. We’re a feline-only practice on a mission to become the premier destination for feline medicine in Southwest Florida, and we’re looking for a VA who wants to be part of building something better than ordinary.
About the Practice

Cat Care Clinic of Naples is a feline-only practice committed to gold-standard medicine, Fear Free handling, and an exceptional client experience. We work exclusively with cats, and our team is deeply passionate about them.
What You’ll Do
- Restrain and handle feline patients using Fear Free and Cat Friendly Practice techniques
- Assist doctors and technicians during exams, dentals, and surgical procedures
- Prepare patients and rooms for appointments, procedures, and diagnostics
- Perform blood draws, obtain samples, and assist with lab work
- Take and position radiographs
- Run tech-only appointments including Solensia injections, nail trims, SubQ fluids, and chronic care visits
- Provide compassionate care to hospitalized patients
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients
- Support the technician and doctor teams to keep patient flow moving smoothly
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Veterinary Assistant
- Genuine love for cats and appreciation for their unique needs and personalities
- Fear Free familiarity or willingness to become certified within 90 days
- Confident with restraint, blood draws, radiographs, and clinical assisting
- Calm, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Excellent communicator — with clients, with the team, and in medical records
- A team player who takes pride in being part of something better than ordinary
