About the Role:
Are you an animal lover who also happens to love people AND their pets? If so, we have the purr-fect job for you at Rockland Animal Hospital! As a Veterinary Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face and caring voice that cares for our patients and their people. Your responsibilities will include taking medical histories, helping our veterinarians with the administration of care, teaching clients about their furry loved ones, and helping maintain a safe and clean hospital and boarding environment. While this job can be messy at times, there will be plenty of tail-wagging moments and adorable purrs to brighten your day!
Prior professional veterinary experience is preferred along with a genuine love for animals and a positive attitude.
