Veterinary Assistant Jobs in Santee, CA at Mast Blvd Pet Hospital
We are a busy multi doctor practice in East County. We are open 6 days a week from 8:00 am-7:00 pm, so a flexible schedule is important. Our staff works four 10-hour shifts (9:00 am-7:00 pm) with 3 days off a week (Sunday included in one of the 3 days off).
Job Requirements include: ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy, having a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt and learn quickly. Saturdays and some Holidays are a must (Thanksgiving, Christmas, 4th of July off, Easter, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day.). Be able to lift 40-50 lbs. Comfortable collecting blood, urine and feces.

Previous experience as veterinary assistant or in the animal field is preferred.
AVIMARK computer experience is a plus!
