Emma Marie’s Groom & Daycare in Mattapoisett, MA & Dartmouth MA is looking for one veterinary assistant to join our 29 person strong team. We are located on 19 County Rd in Mattapoisett as well as 14 Ventura Drive Dartmouth, Ma . Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
*Administer necessary medication *Assist in caring for dogs and cats *Maintain a safe and clean work environment *Daily Health Checks and wellness checks for all dogs *Looking for applicant who is wonderful with communication *Seeking applicant who is fun, energetic, and goal oriented *Schedule reservations, use phone and email
Qualifications
3+ years of experience is a must
*Experience working as a veterinary assistant *Ability to lift dogs up to 50lbs and stand for 6+ hour shift *Ability to listen and communicate effectively *Ability to multi-task effectively and take on responsibility of caring for pets.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $20.00 – $30.00/hour.
