North Phoenix Animal Clinic is looking for a Veterinary Assistant to join our team! Our nursing team plays a vital role in providing exceptional patient care, especially during surgical and dental procedures, and in delivering thorough client education.
In this role, you will assist during exams and outpatient care while coordinating with your team to manage the veterinarian’s orders. You will work closely with your colleagues to ensure the highest standards of patient care while maintaining an efficient workflow to keep appointments and procedures on schedule. This position is ideal for a versatile and skilled veterinary assistant.
This is a full-time position, with a 4/10 schedule and availability needed Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays.
Full-time benefits and compensation:
Compensation: $18-18.50/hour, based on experience and skillset
Bonus package: $500 for those with 3+ years of consecutive, current VA experience

Minimum qualifications and skillset:
1+ years of veterinary experience in a clinical setting is preferred
Proficiency in the following skills:
Client Communication/education
Animal Restraint
TPR/NT/AG
Exam notes/scribe
