Advanced Veterinary Care of Utah is seeking an Experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our team!
In this role, you will perform a variety of duties that support and assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians/nurses, allowing those team members to focus on client experience and patient care, all while working in a state-of-the-art facility!
Shifts available: Swing or Overnight
Our ideal candidate:
At least 1 year of veterinary assisting experience required or concurrent veterinary tech schooling
Self-motivated
Proficient in venipuncture, IV catheter placement, digital radiography
Assist with anesthetic procedures as needed
Excellent communication skills
Strong team player
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Strong animal care background
