Wasilla Veterinary Clinic is seeking an Associate Veterinarian
The Wasilla Veterinary Clinic, established in 1978, is not only the first full-service, small animal & exotics veterinary clinic in Wasilla, providing comprehensive medical, endoscopic, surgical and dental care but we were again voted as the BEST by readers of our local newspaper, The Frontiersman, in their annual survey of the Best in the Valley. Our current team, which we are aiming to grow, consists of 5 DVMs, 7 Veterinary Support Staff (4 LVTs) and 6 receptionists; each one is highly skilled and extremely valued. Our philosophy is to provide high-quality veterinary care in a compassionate manner, so that our clients’ pets may enjoy long and healthy lives.

SALARY PLUS Compensation Model:
Guaranteed Annual SALARY paid month to month (range $120,000 – $140,000 depending on experience)
PLUS Monthly Production Bonus (we are paying your guaranteed salary UP FRONT and then you have the ability to produce up to and beyond this salary minimum. The additional revenue produced will qualify you for a production bonus based on a percentage rate of 21%-22%.)
Signing Bonus Package:
Sign on Bonus will be paid at start date ($5,000-$10,000)
Relocation Bonus Package ($5,000 – $10,000)
