The Role
This is a full-time Medical Director position combining clinical practice with leadership responsibilities.
You will be involved in:
- Leading and mentoring a 3-DVM team
- Supporting clinical standards and best practice
- Helping develop hospital culture and team performance
- Dentistry
- Surgery, including spays and neuters
- Wellness and preventative care
- Diagnostics
- Internal medicine
- Client communication and case management
The Caseload
You will see a varied small animal general practice caseload, including wellness, preventative medicine, dentistry, surgery, diagnostics, internal medicine, and routine GP cases.

Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- DVM or VMD degree, or equivalent, from an AVMA-accredited university
- NAVLE
- ECFVG or PAVE certification if you attended a non-AVMA accredited university
- Active state veterinary license, or ability to obtain
- DEA and USDA accreditation, or ability to obtain once hired
- Proficient general medicine, dental, and surgical experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
