Crown Veterinary Services is a full-service veterinary clinic and 24-hour emergency hospital located in Lee’s Summit, MO. We’re launching in September 2025 with a mission to provide “Always There Veterinary Care” — delivering excellence in both preventative and emergency medicine within a 30-mile service area.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled General Practice Veterinarian to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality, personalized care and thrives in a team-oriented, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform physical exams, diagnostics, and preventive care
Develop treatment plans and communicate clearly with clients
Perform routine surgeries and dental procedures
Interpret lab results and radiographs
Collaborate with emergency and specialty teams as needed
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure client follow-up
Help build a strong practice culture through leadership and mentorship
Qualifications:
DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary school
Licensed (or able to obtain license) to practice in Missouri
Proficient in internal medicine, diagnostics, and routine surgery
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
Passion for education, both client and team-focused

Pay: $130,000.00 – $180,000.00 per year
