Who We Are
Local family owned and operated, member of IVPA, two other hospital locations (Ann Arbor and South Lyon, this is a new Novi hospital, just built)
Collaborative DVM team – 10 doctors in our two existing hospitals, very high degree of collaboration/mentorship
Robust Staff – Nursing Staff (two per doctor), Support Staff (cleaning, diagnostics), Front Desk Staff (scheduling, billing), Surgical Specialists
Commitment to the highest standards of medical care. Constant upgrades to equipment, medical practices, and hospital facilities. Heavy focus on diagnostics.
High tech hospital, integrated remote team of nurses and doctors dedicated to us for excellent collaboration and mentorship, as well as client care
No commission based pay – no sales pitch to clients!

Owners/Management – local family of 4 – working around the clock to improve everything all the time!
Generous and successful pet rescue program
Schedule: Mon thru Fri 8-5 and Sat 8-1, with one weekday off every week, every other Saturday off, no Sundays
Appointments every 30 minutes (per doctor) with a break in the middle of the day
Low tolerance for clients who don’t treat our team with respect and kindness
Pay/Benefits
$55-60 an hour/100k-120k salary
Covered License fees, VIN membership, CE, and Professional development assistance
20 days off paid between any-reason-PTO days, holidays, paid CE days
$200 Health Insurance Premium Contribution monthly (worth about $3k in salary to you) – includes Vision insurance
