Emergency Veterinary Hospital & Specialty Center in Springfield, Oregon, is seeking a Board-Certified or Residency Trained Veterinary Dentist to take over our established dentistry service. We are a busy, privately-owned partnership known for providing exceptional emergency and dental care in our community. Led by Partner and Medical Director, Dr. Max Rinaldi, with over a decade of experience, our hospital fosters a collaborative, supportive, and growth-oriented environment, ideal for professionals seeking strong mentorship and a healthy team culture.
We have a history of veterinary dentistry excellence, with a Fellow in the Academy of Veterinary Dentistry serving the area for the past 10 years, now retired. This presents a great opportunity for someone to continue growing veterinary dental care at EVH.
Our hospital features state-of-the-art technology, including a 64-slice CT, a dedicated dental operatory, a modern surgical suite, and an experienced ICU. We collaborate closely with Board-Certified specialists and have an established relationship with a board-certified anesthesiologist to ensure top-quality patient care. We support a positive work-life balance with a reasonable caseload and competitive employment packages.
Our compensation includes a competitive starting salary, monthly production pay with no negative accrual, and sign-on and relocation bonuses. Benefits include health insurance (vision, medical, dental, HSA/FSA), life and disability insurance, 401K with company contribution, PTO, CE allowance with extra PTO, reimbursement for membership dues and license fees, and more.
