A well-established, privately owned small animal clinic in the Naperville, IL area is seeking a full-time Veterinarian to join its dedicated team. This AAHA-accredited, Fear Free Certified practice has been serving the community for over 35 years, providing high-quality veterinary care with a strong focus on patient comfort and well-being.
The clinic is extremely well-equipped, and operates with a 1:1 doctor-to-technician ratio, plus additional floating support staff.
Position Highlights:
Largely outpatient-focused role, with optional surgery opportunities
Flexible schedule – 4- or 5-day workweek (Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM)
40-minute sick visits, 20-minute preventative care visits, always paired with a technician
No micromanaging – emphasis on quality medicine, not production quotas
Experienced support staff with 10-15+ years of tenure
