Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join our team. In this role, you’ll receive mentorship from experienced veterinarians, focusing on both technical efficiency and emotional growth. You’ll be supported by a well-trained, dedicated support staff to help provide excellent care for our patients and build your skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality veterinary care for a variety of animals, including diagnosis, treatment, and surgical procedures.
Collaborate with a team of experienced veterinarians to ensure excellent patient care and treatment outcomes.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of diagnoses, treatment options, and aftercare instructions.
Work closely with a trained and fully staffed team of credentialed veterinary technicians, veterinary assistants, customer service representatives, and support staff to deliver comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with hospital protocols and industry standards.
Stay up to date with advancements in veterinary medicine through continuous learning, seminars, and case discussions with colleagues.
Provide compassionate care to patients and offer guidance to clients on preventive health and wellness.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
State licensure (or eligibility for licensure) to practice veterinary medicine.
A passion for animals and a commitment to providing exceptional veterinary care.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with a team.
A willingness to learn, grow, and receive constructive feedback from experienced mentors.
