Your Work, Your Rewards
$130,000–$165,000 full-time salary (DOE)
$10,000 sign-on & retention bonus
80% company-sponsored health insurance

120 hours PTO + rollover options
6 paid holidays annually
30 hours paid CE time + $2,500 stipend
Uniform allowance ($250)

What You’ll Need
DVM or equivalent
Illinois veterinary license (or ability to obtain one)
Valid Driver’s License
A positive, team-focused attitude
