Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinarian to join our team. Duties
Conduct thorough examinations of animals to assess their health status and diagnose medical conditions.
Develop and implement treatment plans, including administering medications, vaccinations, and performing surgeries as needed.
Provide emergency care for critically ill or injured animals, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
Maintain accurate medical records for each patient, documenting treatments, medications, and progress notes.
Educate pet owners on preventive care, nutrition, behavior, and overall health management.
Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure efficient clinic operations and high-quality patient care.
Stay current with advancements in veterinary medicine through continuous education and professional development.
Skills
Proficient in laboratory procedures relevant to veterinary medicine.
Strong dog handling skills with experience in various breeds and temperaments.
Knowledge of animal husbandry practices to promote optimal health in domestic animals.
Comprehensive understanding of animal anatomy and physiology to inform diagnosis and treatment decisions.
Experience in veterinary critical care for managing emergencies effectively.
Ability to provide compassionate animal care while ensuring safety during examinations and procedures.
Skilled in animal restraint techniques to facilitate safe handling during examinations or treatments.
Familiarity with pet care best practices to educate clients on responsible ownership.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and collaborating with team members.

Pay: $115,000.00 – $165,000.00 per year
