Associate Veterinarian (Equity Partner Opportunity)

Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Care: Perform comprehensive exams, diagnose health conditions, and design effective treatment plans.
- Surgery & Dentistry: Conduct routine to advanced soft-tissue surgeries, dental procedures, and manage general anesthesia with strict aseptic standards.
- Diagnostics: Interpret in-house laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic panels (internal medicine, urgent care, and critical cases).
- Client Communication: Clearly educate pet parents on treatment options, preventative health, and post-care with empathy.
Requirements
- DVM/VMD degree and active state veterinary license (or eligibility).
- Clinical experience across general medicine, soft-tissue surgery, and emergency triage.
- Strong diagnostic and safe animal-handling skills.
- Clear, compassionate client communication.
- Small animal focus; exotic or equine experience is not needed.

Pay: $120,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
