A modern, fully equipped small animal hospital in Stone Oak, North San Antonio is seeking an Associate Veterinarian (DVM) to join a supportive and collaborative team.
This recently launched hospital is already thriving and offers veterinarians the professional freedom, clinical support, and work-life balance needed to deliver exceptional patient care.
You’ll work alongside an experienced Medical Director (20+ years’ experience) who is passionate about mentorship and professional development.
Practice Highlights
• Full-service small animal general practice: preventative care, internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, and dentistry
• Profit share bonus enabling a realistic additional 20–30% of your annual basic salary
• No overnight or emergency shifts
• Excellent technician support (5:1 support-to-doctor ratio)
• Collaborative culture focused on personalised patient care

⏰ Schedule
• Flexible schedule within hospital hours
• Weekdays: 9am–6/7pm
• Saturday: 9am–2pm
• Full-time: 40 hours per week
• 32 hours minimum for full benefits eligibility
• NB, Very limited if any Saturdays required!
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $125,000–$150,000 (DOE)
• Profit share bonus enabling a realistic additional 20–30% of your annual basic salary (potentailly guaranteed in year one)
• $10K–$20K signing & relocation bonus (negotiable)

Requirements
• DVM / VMD degree
• Texas veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Passion for high-quality patient care and teamwork
• New graduates and early-career veterinarians are encouraged to apply – mentorship and structured support are available.
