Ownership Flexibility – Buy-in opportunities from 5% to 49%, with financing support available.
Requirements:
Managing a team dedicated to providing exceptional, client-centered veterinary care
Advocating for proactive health care while ensuring adherence to industry standards
Serving as an ambassador within the local community
Mentoring and supporting associate veterinarians and staff to improve their skills and patient care practices
Engaging with clients through clear communication, leveraging digital platforms like telemedicine, text messaging, and email
Partnering with the Center Director to oversee recruitment, staff development, and scheduling
Contributing to strategic planning, financial forecasting, and performance analysis
What We’re Looking
Valid veterinary license in good standing with the relevant state board
A minimum of 4-5 years of clinical experience and a strong client-focused approach
Demonstrated leadership experience and an interest in practice ownership
Proven ability to build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional service.
Ideal candidates should be Highly collaborative with strong business acumen, financial insights, and a consumer-centric mindset.
Fear Free and HABRI certification (or a desire to obtain these)
