Our growing practice is seeking a full-time Vet Tech Assistant. We are a busy small animal clinic located in Morrilton. New building and great work environment with potential to learn and grow with our team. Related experience is REQUIRED to apply.Vet Tech Assistant Responsibilities:Basic groomingAnswering phones & helping with front desk duties as neededPatient handling and restraintBasic animal careMonitor patientsOperate blood machinesSurgical patient monitoring: anesthesia and vital signsHelp with x-raysAssisting doctor in surgery and exam roomsBasic cleaningMust have exceptional customer service skillsMust excel at multitaskingMust be responsible, dependable, & hardworkingMust be able to lift at least 50lbs and to stand for long periods of timeThe right applicant must be able to work well in a team environment, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a dedicated work ethic, provide excellent client/patient care, and be willing to learn from our team.
