Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Veterinary Sales Representative with at least one year of relevant experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling veterinary pharmaceutical products, animal health solutions, and equipment to veterinary professionals, agro-vets, and related stakeholders. This role involves developing strong relationships with clients, increasing brand visibility, and driving sales within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell the company’s veterinary products to veterinarians, agro-vets, farmers, and animal health professionals.
Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
Conduct regular visits to customers for product detailing, order collection, and follow-up.
Organize and participate in promotional activities such as farmer meetings, seminars, and trade shows.
Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients as needed.
Submit timely reports including daily call reports, weekly sales updates, and market feedback.
Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence to management.
Maintain proper stock levels and ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
Uphold the company’s reputation by providing excellent customer service and professional conduct.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Animal Health, Veterinary Medicine, or related field.
Minimum of 1 year experience in veterinary sales or a related role in animal health.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing a territory.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent planning, time management, and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
