At Hydaleye, we're helping businesses and individuals protect their vehicles through intelligent GPS tracking, telematics, and fleet management solutions. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a skilled Vehicle Tracking & Technical Support Technician to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain GPS vehicle tracking systems.
- Install and support remote engine cut-off systems.
- Install dashcams, fuel monitoring systems, speed governors, and vehicle alarm systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle electrical and telematics systems.
- Provide technical support to customers and ensure high-quality after-sales service.
- Assist with customer demonstrations and recommend suitable tracking and fleet management solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 5 O-Level passes, including English, Mathematics, and Science.
- Certificate, Diploma, or Trade Qualification in Automotive Electrical Engineering, Auto Electronics, Motor Mechanics, or a related field.
- Experience installing vehicle tracking and telematics systems.
- Strong understanding of vehicle electrical systems and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's licence is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
