Position: Urban Garden Artist at St.Amant

In this role, you will report to the Manager of Volunteer Services and become a vital part of the Green Team. Focused on youth ages 15-29, this position combines artistic design with outdoor work, promoting accessibility and engagement with community members. You will help enhance the environment while improving physical and mental wellbeing through nature.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create designs for sensory pathways that appeal to all abilities
• Work collaboratively with the Green Team to execute projects
• Adhere to safety regulations when using tools
• Maintain a high standard of customer service
• Adapt designs based on feedback and unique needs
Requirements:
• Reliable, with readiness to work outdoors
• Previous experience in customer service is essential
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and undertake physical tasks
• Basic artistic skills and design knowledge
• Strong organizational and communication capabilities
