About The Role
The position is like a front line of the company as this is when the money of the players/depositor comes in. A fast and accurate processing will give assurance to our players that their deposit is well managed thereby promoting trust with our customers. When we gain trust, we will have more deposits.
The candidate has to be a team player and it should be very clear to him/her that the team has a goal and his/her performance, no matter how trivial he/she thinks it may be, is very important and contributes a lot to the overall performance of the whole team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for accurately and timely processing of deposit transactions
- Responsible for checking the bank and the back-end for all deposit claims of the player
- Responsible for escalating to Level 2 any IT issues or PC issues found during shift
- Inform his/her Senior/Shift Leader for any transactions that needs further verification
- Inform seniors/shift leader for any irregularities found on the transactions handled
- Responsible for balancing the Bank balances of his/her assigned banks
- Perform other duties as deemed necessary by the management
Qualifications
- At least college graduate (fresh graduates are very welcome)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- With positive disposition towards work and proactive
- Punctual and willing to work on holidays, rest days and can render OT if needed
- Hardworking, reliable and trustworthy
- Keen to details
- Organized, versatile and a team player
