Position: Tree Management Crew Leader Role

In this position, you will support the General Foreperson while leading crews responsible for tree trimming and removal tasks. Effective communication and understanding of utility requirements will be essential to assign work and manage safety compliance. The position demands proficiency in operating industry-standard equipment while maintaining accurate work records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage tree trimming and removal processes
• Supervise and allocate tasks to team members
• Operate equipment including chainsaws and cranes
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations
• Document completed work for the utility’s records
Requirements:
• Must be a Certified Utility Arborist (CUA)
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license necessary
• Pre-employment drug screening must be passed
• First Aid with CPR training or willing to get certified
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather
