Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Tree Care Production Manager located in San Diego, CA. The Production Manager will be responsible for assisting the Operations Manager with overseeing day-to-day tree care operations, managing production teams and equipment, ensuring quality, safety standards, and budgets are met, as well as developing and training personnel.
Qualifications
Experience in tree care operations and management
Knowledge of tree health diagnosis and hazard analysis
Leadership and team management skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Certification in arboriculture or related field mandatory within a
***** Certified Arborist, CTSP, etc.
Small Equipment or mechanical skills a plus
