Role Objectives
As a Travel Specialist, you will play an important role in shaping the future of Breadfast and its new ventures by handling customer processes, ensuring customer success and supporting in building a world-class customer experience. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you will work with the new ventures team and across cross-functional teams. You will be a key contributor to building a new venture from the ground up through fostering strong customer relationships, handling requests, and ensuring a smooth customer sales journey.
Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Support and Satisfaction
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and processing booking-related requests efficiently.
Act as the first point of contact for customers, managing booking-related inquiries via email, phone, or chat.
Assist customers in booking their trips, modifying reservations, and resolving any issues that arise.
Relationship Building and Retention
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and trust in the new product.
Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions.
Team Collaboration and Feedback
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve escalated customer concerns.
Provide feedback to the product and operations teams to improve the platform’s features and user experience.
Operational Efficiency and Knowledge
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
Support in improving operational efficiency and designing new customer processes.
Stay updated on travel trends, policies, and Breadfast’s offerings to provide informed support.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Tourism Management, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role (preferably in travel, e-commerce, or tech startups).
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic knowledge of travel booking platforms is an advantage.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
