Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renowned wildlife parks, connecting visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, which will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces, and an eco-friendly resort.

Duties
and Responsibilities
Operate tram along designated route
Assist with guest enquiries and feedback
Provide assistance during tram emergency situations
Manage queue and crowd at tram stations
Handle additional tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘N/O’ Level and above
Class 3 Driving License required
Pleasant and courteous disposition with strong communication skills
Good presentation skills, confident, energetic, and outgoing personality
Able to work on weekends and public holidays
Ensure safety and service standards are always met
