Main
Duties
And Responsibilities Operate tram along designated route
Assist with guests’ enquiries and feedback
Provide assistance during tram emergency situations
Queue and crowd management at tram stations
Manage additional tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘N/O’ Level and above.
Class 3 Driving License required.
Pleasant and courteous disposition with
strong communication skills
.
Good presentation skills, confident, energetic and outgoing personality.
Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
Ensure safety and services standards are always met.
