SKINTIFIC is seeking a passionate and experienced Training Supervisor to support the growing needs of our Beauty Advisor (BA). The role will focus on executing training plans, monitoring performance progress, and ensuring high standards in product knowledge, customer service, and professional development. The Training Supervisor will work closely with the Training Manager and Retail Operations team to help drive excellence across all touchpoints and support team growth through structured training interventions.
Requirements:
Min. 2 years of experience in a supervisory training or learning & development role, preferably in the beauty or FMCG industry.
Has a solid background in retail, customer service, or beauty advisory is an advantage.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Proficient in creating training materials, conducting group training, and coaching one-on-one.
Comfortable with fieldwork such as store visits and on-ground coaching.
Tech-savvy and familiar with digital learning platforms.
Available to join immediately.
Able to follow WFO setting in BGC. (Monday to Friday)
