Sign Wild Adventures is looking for a passionate, sales-driven, and customer-focused Tour Consultant to join our growing team. If you love travel, have a strong understanding of Kenya’s tourism industry, and enjoy helping clients plan unforgettable experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and convert new safari and travel clients.
- Respond promptly to inquiries received via email, WhatsApp, social media, and phone.
- Design and prepare customized itineraries and professional quotations.
- Follow up on leads and guide them through the booking process.
- Coordinate bookings with hotels, lodges, transport providers, and tour guides.
- Ensure clients receive all travel documents and pre-departure information.
- Collect customer feedback after trips to improve service quality.
- Support the company’s digital marketing efforts by sharing travel offers and engaging with prospective clients online.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in the tourism or hospitality industry (preferred).
- Good knowledge of Kenya’s safari destinations, national parks, beaches, and accommodation options.
- Understanding of local, regional, and international travel markets.
- Proficiency in online booking systems.
