An exciting opportunity available for a Territory Sales Manager to drive Indenovo’s clients plant-based ingredients business in the Aquaculture market in the Pacific Northwest! This remote role seeks a dynamic leader to drive growth and market presence.

Responsibilities:

Maximize potential in the aquaculture sector by developing targeted strategies that align with market demands and customer needs.

Manage technical sales and key accounts, ensuring exceptional service and value delivery to foster long-term partnerships.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through effective communication, regular follow-ups, and a deep understanding of their requirements.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for growth, utilizing market research and insights to inform your approach.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of the product portfolio to effectively communicate features, benefits, and applications to clients.

Create and implement a 3–5-year business plan for your territory, setting clear objectives and performance metrics to measure success.

Provide detailed monthly sales reporting and analytics to track progress against targets, using insights to refine your go-to-market strategy.

Collaborate closely with product management and development teams to create tailored customer concepts that meet specific client needs.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and changing consumer behaviors through publications, events, and networking to strategically position the business.

Implement innovative sales and marketing strategies that resonate with the target audience and drive brand awareness within the region.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including support, logistics, and marketing, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service and sales execution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s & Master’s in Agri, Veterinary Science, or Business.

Knowledge of aquaculture and animal nutrition.

5+ years in B2B feed or ingredients sales.

Strong sales mindset and teamwork skills.

Excellent customer service orientation.

Willingness to travel within the region.
