ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic Technical Service Director, APAC to lead a regional technical support team. In this role, you will work closely with customers, sales teams, and R&D to optimize the use of our client’s feed additive products, ensuring superior animal health and performance.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide technical expertise and support to customers on feed additive applications.
* Develop and deliver training programs and presentations for customers and distributors.
* Oversee product trials and analyze results to drive product development and sales strategies.
* Manage regional technical service strategy, ensuring customer engagement and business growth.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and R&D teams to drive business success.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in technical services or promoting animal health products.
* Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, or related field.
* Proven ability to work independently and lead a team.
* Willingness to travel extensively across the APAC region.
