Job Title: Technical Advisor

Duties and responsibilities
The responsibility of this position is to be the company’s technical representative for a leading brands pharmaceuticals portfolio in the UAE Pet market. This includes but is not limited to:
- Visiting the pet clinics and hospitals in the UAE to provide technical training and support
- Providing internal training to the sales team, whilst assessing their technical ability and identifying areas of improvement
- Supporting the sales team in answering technical enquiries from veterinary practices
- Study competitor products & activities. Prepare competitor analysis sheets and presentations for the sales team
- Review scientific content of sales literature and marketing materials for technical accuracy
- Develop and execute yearly technical activities plans aligned with business objectives
- Organize educational seminars, roundtable events for the veterinary professionals regularly with the help of internal teams
- Participation at key regional veterinary events and congresses.
- Attend required technical meetings locally and internationally
- Efficient management reporting as requested by head of scientific affairs
Skills and Qualifications
- A degree in Veterinary Medicine is a must
- Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage
- Deep understanding of veterinary pharmaceuticals
- Excellent communication & presentation skills for effective information exchange.
- Strong teamwork abilities for successful collaboration and achieving shared goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel) or Similar tools
- Fluency in English is must
