Role Overvie
wA fast-growing international health and wellness brand operating across global markets is seeking a Supply & Demand Planner to join their remote team in South Africa. Operating in a high-growth environment, this role offers direct operational impact as the organisation expands its international retail and e-commerce footprint
.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will take full ownership of demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory optimisation across multiple warehouse locations. You will partner cross-functionally with commercial, finance, and marketing teams to build data-driven forecasts, mitigate supply risks, and maintain stock availability to support continued commercial expansio
n.

Qualifications & Experi
- enceBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with 3–5 years’ experie
- nce.Proven track record in demand planning, supply planning, or inventory forecasting within an FMCG, retail, or e-commerce environm
- ent.Advanced MS Excel skills, including proficiency with PivotTables and Power Qu
- ery.Hands-on experience working with ERP systems (such as Cin7) and inventory management to
- ols.Demonstrated experience managing supply planning and inventory forecasting across multiple warehouse locati
- ons.Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools is advantage
ous.
